Phase 1 may or may not come into force on 11th May, depending on the result of the meeting to be held on Wednesday 6th May, to decide if/when/how the Region will continue to Phase 1

PUBLIC ORDER SND 388/2020 ISSUED

CHAPTER I. COMMERCIAL PREMISES:

All retail establishments and commercial premises and professional service activities whose activity has been suspended may be reopened to the public, with the exception of those with a surface area of more than 400 square meters, as well as those with a commercial centre character. provided they meet the following requirements:

a) A prior appointment system must be established that guarantees a single client for each worker inside the establishment, without waiting areas being enabled inside the premises.

b) Individualized customer service must be guaranteed with proper physical separation, counters or partitions.

c) A preferential service schedule will be established for people over 65, which must be made to coincide with the time slots of this group.

Authorized collection from premises of the purchased products, provided they guarantee a staggered collection that avoids crowds inside the premises or their access.

The movement to the establishments and premises referred to in this article may be made only within the municipality of residence, unless the service or product is not available there.

The establishments will carry out, at least twice a day, cleaning and disinfection of the facilities:

Daily cleaning and disinfection of uniforms, work clothes or garments used by workers will be carried out.

Adequate ventilation of all establishments must be guaranteed.

The toilets must not be used by clients, except when strictly necessary.

All establishments must have litter bins.

Workers who are in home isolation or quarantine must not attend.

The Occupational Risk Prevention Law will be complied with.

The signing in with finger pad must be replaced by any other time control system that guarantees hygienic measures, or the recording device must be disinfected before and after each use.

The distance between seller and customer will be at least 1m when there are protection elements or 2m without these elements.

In the case of services that do not allow the safety distance, hairdressers, beauty or physiotherapy centres, the appropriate PPE must be used.

If a worker begins to have symptoms, he must leave his job until his medical situation is evaluated by a health professional.

 The attendance time in the establishments must be strictly as necessary.

The establishments must make hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers available to the public.

In establishments that have self-service areas, an establishment worker will serve.

Trial of products will not be available uncontrolled.

The trial products must be used by a single person and after trial they must be cleaned and disinfected and the garments must be sanitized.

CHAPTER II. HOSTELRY:

Home delivery, preferably to people over 65, dependent or vulnerable and collection of orders by customers in establishments, upon request, consumption prohibited in establishments.

Orders can be placed from your vehicle.

The establishments are only open to the public during order collection hours.

The establishments must make hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers available to the public.

All establishments will have refuse bins at exits.

The attendance time in the establishments will be strictly as necessary.

CHAPTER III. PROFESSIONAL AND FEDERATED SPORT.

They will be able to carry out trainings individually, outdoors, within the limits of the province in which the athlete resides, accessing natural spaces and using the necessary equipment

Athletes who practice adapted sports or paralympic sports may have the support of another athlete.

The duration and schedule of training will be necessary for the proper maintenance of the sports form.

 A person exercising the role of coach may attend the training.

The corresponding sports federation will issue the proper accreditation.

The federated athletes NOT included in the previous article will be able to carry out training individually, in open air spaces, twice a day, between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and between 20:00 and 23:00: 00 hours, and within the limits of the municipal term in which they have their residence.

For this, if necessary, they can freely access those natural spaces in which they must carry out their sporting activities such as the sea, rivers, or reservoirs, among others.

If animals participate, the practice can be done outdoors, individually.

Athletes who practice adapted sports or paralympic sports may have the support of another athlete.

The presence of coaches is not allowed.

 The corresponding sports federation will issue the proper accreditation to the athletes integrated in it who meet these requirements.

Athletes belonging to leagues will be able to carry out basic training, individually and in compliance with the corresponding prevention and hygiene measures.

In training centers available to clubs.

The corresponding professional league will issue the proper accreditation to the athletes.

CHAPTER IV. RECORDS.

Preferably by electronic means, through requests and petitions that will be dealt with, when possible.

When essential, they may request the face-to-face consultation of up to ten documents.

Priority requests that must be submitted in administrative and judicial proceedings.

The documents and materials of the files to which users have access in person must be quarantined for a minimum period of ten days before they can be used again.
