YOUTH PROGRAMS AN EASTER WITH PLENTY OF ACTIVITIES

The promenade del Puerto will host the I Youth Games of Bahía de Mazarrón

Youth council of the Town Hall of Mazarrón has prepared for the days 29, 30 and 31 March some activities for the young people of the town so that, during the days of Easter, can “invest in a healthy and fun way their leisure and free time”, as has explained the council of Youth, Andrés Valera. Specifically, the town hall has organized the  I Youth Games of Bahía de Mazarrón through the youth program “Jovenarea”.

The games will be celebrated on the promenade of Puerto de Mazarrón and on the beach of the Puerto. The activities will be football beach, gymkana of bicycles, climb, karts, tennis, dance, photographic marathon and also leisure activities for children. On Thursday 28 in the  pavilion “La Aceña” will make from 18 h. the  raffle of the competitions and will inform in detail to the participants of the features of each activity and scoring way.

Of this way, “Friday and Saturday, the Promenade will be full of young people that will participate in these games from 10 to 14 and from 16 to 19 h.”, as has explained the council of Sports who has added that  “on Sunday will carry out the final of the football championship and the presentation of awards of these games”. To participate in them you should register paying a modest registration, being free the activities of dance and photography, and there is a special multiactivity voucher  until  24 March.

The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, has highlighted that  “to the annual program of activities for the young people we add now these activities so that they use positively their holidays”. The first council has stated that  “the young people can have clear that the lack of economic resources are not going to suppose a hándicap at the time to schedule programs  that until now they have been very neglected in the town”.
