The Playa del Mojón in Mazarrón welcomes top young surfers in three age groups

Another important surfing event is being held in the municipality of Mazarrón on March 12 and 13, with the arrival of the Copa Surf Junior Mediterráneo competition at the Playa del Mojón, just outside Isla Plana at the eastern end of the Mazarrón coastline.

Male and female surfers will be competing in the under-16, under-18 and under-21 age groups from 9.00 am on both days, with the cliffs behind the beach providing an excellent vantage point for interested spectators.

The hosting of the event has been made possible by the events of both the Town Hall of Mazarrón and Club Bahía Surf.
