FIVE CYCLISTS RIDE MORE THAN 500 KILOMETERS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE MABS ASSOCIATION

On 22nd January a team of 5 brave guys began a cycle challenge of OVER 500KM (approximately 100Km per day) from the famous Bernabéu stadium in Madrid to TEL´s Bar Camposol to raise funds for MABS Mazarrón.
They have a support vehicle provided by the local Citröen dealership (Autos al Mazarron) loaded with extra bikes, wheels, First Aid kits and other essential items to ensure any mishaps can be dealt with quickly and not interfere with their timescales and plans and their predetermined check points can be achieved.
Today they were welcomed back to rapturous applause from the Camposol Community, our Mayor Gaspar Miras, Sports Concilor, Francisco José García, Elisabetta Buxton, Delegate Councilor of Camposol and International Relations and Beverley Thompson, Director of MABS and other members of the association.
