RESIDENCY FORMS - TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero)

For those applying for residency (TIE card) for the first time must initially submit a completed EX-20 form (link below) along with other stipulated documents.

Once the above has been processed and for those with existing residency wishing to apply for a TIE card a completed EX-23 form (link below) is required along with other stipulated documents and proof of payment via a 790 012 form (see below) payment is currently €12

GOVERNMENT UPDATE ON RESIDENCY

As the effects of Brexit on British expats becomes clearer the UK Government has today issued an updated advice including  'HOW UK nationals who plan on living in Spain for more than 3 months must register as a resident and on the padrón at their town hall".
