ACTIVITIES IN PHASE 2

MOBILITY

Citizens are permitted to move freely within their province, island or territorial unit

 

SHOPPING

Shopping malls can re-open provided capacity is limited to 30% of common areas and 40% in each of the commercial premises located inside.  Customers will NOT be allowed in common areas, apart from to move from one store to another

 

CINEMAS, THEATRES, ETC

All cinemas, theatres, auditoriums and similar spaces can re-open provided that seats are pre-assigned and capacity is limited to a third.

 

CONCERTS

At open-air concerts the public must be seated observing social distancing with capacity at a third and limited to 400 people. However in the Region of Murcia this number will be limited to 100.

 

SOCIAL GATHERINGS

Private gatherings is increased to 15 people.  The number of people who can meet for activity and natural tourism activities is increased to 20. However in the Region of Murcia this number will remain to 10.

Where age banding applies (Mazarrón and the Port) everyone under the age of 70 can take walks and physical activity during the day, with just one timetable restriction: 10am-12noon and 7-8pm are reserved for Seniors aged over 70

 

CONGRESSES, BUSINESS MEETINGS, CONFERENCES

Congresses, business meetings and conferences are allowed providing there are no more than 50 attendees, with 2m distancing observed.

 

BARS AND RESTAURANTS

Bars and restaurants can re-open their interior dining areas, apart from night-clubs and night-time bars, provided capacity is limited to 50%.  Dining inside can only take place sat at a table, or groups of tables, and preferably by prior appointment.

Self-service at a bar is not permitted.

 

PLACES OF WORSHIP

Capacity will be limited to 50% in all places of worship. Funeral services can take place in public or private installations, with a limit of 25 people when in the open, and 15 people in closed spaces.

 

HOTELS AND TOURIST ACCOMMODATION

Hotels and Tourist accommodation can re-open their common areas, provided capacity is limited to one third.

SPORT CENTRES, OPEN-AIR INSTALLATIONS & PUBLIC SWIMMING POOLS

Can re-open at 30% capacity with advance booking. Showers and changing rooms MUST remain closed.

 

BEACHES

Beaches will re-open with rules and measures to be taken into account with regards to use. To summarise:

- Two metres distance between people who are not from the same family unit

- Umbrellas must be at least 6 metres from the shoreline

- It is recommended a maximum of 4 hours to be on the beach

- Avoid crowding

- There will be information posters

- Surveillance and information will be intensified so that umbrellas are not misused on the beaches

- Shared sun-loungers will have to be cleaned and disinfected between uses

- Open-air showers and foot-washes will be permitted for use, as will bathrooms, changing rooms and other similar public services. Only one person at a time will be able to use such facilities, unless that person requires assistance.

 

FACE MASKS

Persons six years of age and older are required to wear masks, preferably hygienic and surgical, that covers nose and mouth.

If two metre distancing is not possible, the use of a mask is compulsory

- on public roads

- in open-air spaces

- in any closed spaces for public use or open to the public
